I am very angry. Yes, very very angry. I think it is a different working style and working attitude altogether and I am tired of keeping this to myself. I think it is all about meeting your personal expectations and about taking pride in your work. When you have a positive attitude towards projects and assignments, ppl think you have high expectations and it is difficult to meet your expectations. When you produce a sloppy work, ppl think you are not giving your best. So how to balance this?
Knowing that there is a high standard/expectations to meet, do you not try to produce a higher quality of work? Because that is what i will do in this situation. That is why i start of this entry saying that it is a different working style and working attitude.
I think all in all, I am just tired about all these projects politics. Is it wrong to expect a high quality of work?
With different working styles, it is difficult to work together in a team. Am I not right?
Alright, I have made up my mind.
